FantasySP / ALL / Player News — Updating a previous report, the Carroll County Times does not believe that tight end Todd Heap (ribs) will play in Sunday's game. Our View: Heap was originally expected to start, but the injury kept him out of practice all week. He'll be a game-time decision, but expect L.J. Smith to play in his place.
