Rockets looking at Ratfliff to help big men - Theo Ratliff (F/C) Philadelphia 76ers
Fantasy Basketball Headlines - Rotoworld.com —
The Houston Chronicle is reporting that the Rockets are pursuing unrestricted free agent Theo Ratliff. The Rockets currently have 6'9" forward Luis Scola masquerading as their center, so needless to say they're very thin in their frontcourt. It's conceivable that Ratliff could provide a bit of fantasy value if he lands in Houston, but it's still hard to imagine him carrying a full workload. Source: Houston Chronicle ...

Ratliff has big night off the bench
Fanball Fantasy Basketball News - Newsbreakers —
July 9, 2009 The Rockets are reportedly interested in signing unrestricted free agent Theo Ratliff, according to the Houston Chronicle . Our View: The Rockets need size and depth in their frontcourt after losing Ron Artest to the Lakers, and with Yao Ming's playing status in question due to his foot injury. Ratliff only averaged 12.6 minutes per game with the Sixers last season, and his fantasy stock could improve with more playing time in Houston.
