The Rays are leaning towards bringing 23-year-old Jake McGee to camp as a reliever. McGee says he's 100 percent after spending 2009 rehabbing from Tommy John surgery. The Rays haven't committed to him as a bullpen guy just yet, but he was struggling to come up with a third pitch before getting hurt. He'd have closer potential out of the pen.
