FantasySP / ALL / Player News — According to Blue Jays' writer Jordan Bastian's twitter account, Manager Cito Gaston says that closer Scott Downs will come off the DL on July 3rd when first eligible. Our View: Downs injured himself batting in inter-league play, but fantasy owners can breath a sigh of relief as he appears to be very close to returning.
